Goodpillars is solely owned and operated by Divecho Technologies (“Company”). All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, content, study material, and services, remain the exclusive property of Divecho Technologies.
By registering, accessing, or using Goodpillars, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
You must create an account with a valid email/phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be deemed as performed by you. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false details or misuse.

All study material, exam content, design, trademarks, and software on Goodpillars are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission from Divecho Technologies.

By using Goodpillars, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data for academic, analytical, and service-related purposes. The Platform complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
Goodpillars is an educational support tool and does not guarantee success in any government or private examination. The Company is not liable for technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss beyond its reasonable control. In no event shall Divecho Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
The Company may suspend or permanently terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
