1. Ownership

Goodpillars is solely owned and operated by Divecho Technologies (“Company”). All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its software, content, study material, and services, remain the exclusive property of Divecho Technologies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Goodpillars, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

3. Eligibility

• Students must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform.
• Institutes and educators must provide accurate and verifiable details.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that registration details are accurate and up to date.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account with a valid email/phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be deemed as performed by you. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false details or misuse.

5. Services Provided

• Access to mock exams, practice questions, and performance analytics.
• Tools for institutes to conduct online tests and monitor student performance.
• Premium features such as advanced analytics, exam packages, or certificates (subject to payment, if applicable).

6. User Obligations

By using Goodpillars, you agree not to:

• Engage in cheating, copying, or unfair practices during tests.
• Hack, disrupt, or misuse the Platform or its data.
• Upload, transmit, or share harmful, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Share exam questions, study material, or content outside the Platform without written consent.

7. Payments and Refunds

• Fees for premium subscriptions or services must be paid through secure payment gateways.
• Payments once made are non-refundable, except where mandated by law.
• The Company is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party payment providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All study material, exam content, design, trademarks, and software on Goodpillars are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform without written permission from Divecho Technologies.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Goodpillars, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data for academic, analytical, and service-related purposes. The Platform complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

10. Limitation of Liability

Goodpillars is an educational support tool and does not guarantee success in any government or private examination. The Company is not liable for technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss beyond its reasonable control. In no event shall Divecho Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Termination of Access

The Company may suspend or permanently terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on the Platform with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
