SSC CGL 2026 is the Staff Selection Commission's graduate-level recruitment for Group B and Group C posts across central government ministries. The notification was released on 21 May 2026 for a revised 10,731 vacancies, and Tier 1 is running from 30 September to 30 October 2026. Tier 1 is qualifying only. Marks scored in Tier 1 do not count towards the final merit list, which is prepared entirely from Tier 2. Tier 2 Paper 1 is compulsory for all posts; Paper 2 applies to Junior Statistical Officer and Paper 3 to Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer applicants.
All four Tier 1 sections, topic by topic. The same subjects carry into Tier 2 Paper 1 at a higher level of difficulty.
